While a clear, pristine understanding of God and spirituality reforms humankind, the opposite of it is also true. A distorted understanding of God, spirituality and religion can lead to man looting other men in the name of God and religion or oppressing other humans in the name of faith and spirituality. It also entrenches society into darkness, chaos, confusion and slavery where discrimination, loot, lying and oppressing become the order of the day.

Bhavaikya firmly stands against any and every superstition that leads people into darkness or that lets one individual or group to take advantage of the ignorance of others – be it palmistry or miracles shown by (so called) godmen or any other practice in the name of faith that is demeaning to human dignity and wellbeing.
